Here at Queens we have now merged with our sister restaurant, Benβs, to create one amazing place serving up a combination of our smokehouse favourites and Benβs classics, all using local produce from Suffolk.
Ben has his own farm, where he produces rare breed pork and Jacob lamb for the menu, as well as small amounts of seasonal fruit & veg. Farm to Fork has always been a strong focal point for us and we pride ourselves on using as many Suffolk products as we can giving us comfort of knowing where our food comes from. We use a range of reputable Suffolk producers & suppliers, including Free Range Blythburgh pork, East Anglian beef and Suffolk game. A few of our non meat suppliers include Oak Farm free range eggs, Alder Tree ice cream, Giffords Hall wine, Crude Coffee, Fruit Pig black pudding & Adnams beer. Queens is an authentic smokehouse, using charcoal briquettes and wood chips to give our meat a deep smokey flavour and βfall off the boneβ tenderness. We smoke baby back ribs, beef brisket, pork shoulders and beef topside for our Sunday lunch, as well as other ingredients such as peppers & pineapples!
We are dog friendly and have a delightful courtyard garden to enjoy Al-fresco dining & drinks!
